i am being charged to renew and i do NOT want to renew

    i am not supposed to be renewed until next month, yet it is already showing on my bank acct.. I do NOT want to renew my domain and I would like the charge removed from my acct

    We auto renew domains 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting a domain expire means you may not be able to get it back in the future, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. We do send out notification emails before charging your card, as we try not to surprise anyone. This is mentioned in the “my upgrades” support document and when you set up your auto-renewal. But it can also be easy to miss, so I understand the confusion.

    You can turn off auto-renew from the “My Upgrades” page:
