    I am billed in my credit card but i have not been using service

    I don’t even remember which email / account it is linked to, but i have been charged on my credit card and i need support to help find which account it is so i can cancel the billing payment link.

    Please help me.

    Hi there!

    I see that you have managed to cancel the monthly subscription from your WordPress.com account after contacting us via email.

    I can confirm that there are no paid subscriptions in the respective WordPress.com account and you will not be charged moving forward.
