If so, it’s a WordPress.COM hosted site and as such doesn’t have access to Google Analytics info. You could make your designers an administrator by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
Note that gives them the same access to the website as you have, so be careful with that option.
That having been said, I suspect you actually have a self-hosted website to which you didn’t share the URL. If that’s the case, I’m afraid we can’t help you here. You will have better luck contacting your site host directly, or asking on the support forums for WordPress.org installs:

If you’re speaking of http://replenish.net.au/ (mentioned in duplicate thread), that is not a WordPress.com blog but a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
