I am completely locked out need urgent help

I have a website http://www.watsonhowick.com I am completely locked out and it isn’t working. I got into control panel yesterday using old login details, it said ‘critical error on site’. Today doesn’t recognise any details I can’t login. I just need to talk to someone. I cannot work without website. Thank you.
