  I am confused by the option for the $99.00 bundle and the premium theme. Are the same benefits in the $99 bundle in the premium theme package?

  No, they are completely separate. When you buy a premium theme, you get that specific premium theme and that’s it. When you buy the $99 bundle you get the Custom design upgrade, a custom domain and mapping, the videopress upgrade, and the space upgrade.
