I am confused.. Would WordPress checkout increase my conversion?

1. According to latest SEO blog, I need to know how can I improved my website [NovaFashions] conversion in term of selling an apparel on clothing category. If I move to word press from big commerce platform.
2. Would page speed matter on word press. I read somewhere that wordpress website load time is little time taking than other platform?

Not just “will” but can’t. Just for clarification, WordPress comes in different flavors. The site you’ve linked to novafashions.com isn’t hosted by WordPress.com, where we are, so we won’t be able to help you here.
If your site is using the standalone WordPress software (I couldn’t see that it does), you’ll need to head over to the support forum on WordPress.org; the link can be found under Community in the footer of this page. If it’s not using WordPress, then a general web SEO forum might better suit your purposes.
