There are no wide spread issues being reported. And, there is no problem for me using 3 different computers and running 3 different browsers.

Hi there,
As timethief mentioned, we don’t have widespread reports of problems loading the Reader or blogs/sites. This can sometimes happen due to specific issues in your browser or computer, or with your internet provider’s connection to WordPress.com. If you’d like, I can troubleshoot those issues with you to see if we can pinpoint the cause.
You mentioned that your home pages are slow to load. Does that only happen on the home page of your blog, or does it also happen on individual posts or other pages on the blogs? Direct links to some of the pages that load slowly will help me investigate that.
In addition, please try opening each of these links and let me know if any or all of them load slowly for you:
Thanks!
