I am disgusted by the support

Hi Guys,
I’m sharing this after waiting for a proper response from my number of previous queries. To make this clear, I subscribed to Business Plan. I’m not getting any proper help from the Tech support. And, disgusted with their response. Not to mention, my live chat support has been taken out as well. Not sure, whether that is taken out from everyone or only from me.
My domain was ->

And, currently, that is not working due to accidental dispute of the transaction due to unavailability of enough information from my Bank’s statement.
I want to know when can I get a proper response to my previous questions.
I’m frustrated with the support from ‘WordPress’.
Perhaps, this will be my last few attempts before going for other options.

Not to mention, I’m losing money every day as I’ve already paid the entire amount for my Business Plan.
