I am getting a Fatal Error Message

I have a screenshot of the error message received when trying to log in or just simply go to my site. I added chimp-mail widget last week, as I try to blog every Sunday, to gain subscribers. I tried to log in and received this message below:

Fatal error is a wordpress.ORG software install error.
That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
