  i got charged $32.49 by WP-FEE.COM 877-273-3049 CA, I don’t know what this and would like a refund

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to the Upgrades page of your dashboard and apply for refunds for whatever it is. From the size of it, I’d guess it’s custom design, and if you ask for a refund and cancel it, your blog will not look the same.

  there is absolutely no where on my upgrades page to cancel upgrades, change my credit card details or ask for a refund,
