  I am getting emails that have no relationship to my posts and no responses to my posts. I have no clue how to understand what the crap your help page is talking about. Do you have a dictionary of your terms? The blog url below is is not mine.

  I would like to talk to someone who works for word press because I find that support forums usually generate incorrect answers.
