I am getting messages about my website that notify me of an error

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or
theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated
email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Easel.
When I click on the links provided I get another error message- Click-Time Error
Invalid request URL, WTF does that mean? and how do I get my website fixed and back up?

  • Hi there,

The site corrinblogsinsurance.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/corrinblogsinsurance.com+dns

To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/

You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

Hope that points you in the right direction!
