I am getting problem in “AdSense Manager” plugin

  I have a worldpress blog http://www.justbeautycare.com, right now i have upload a plugin “AdSense Manager” but its not working and giving this error

  You need to be asking over at WordPress.org, as we at WordPress.com don’t use plugins and won’t be able to help you. In particular, WP.com doesn’t allow user-hosted Adsense. It’s against the Terms of Service and disabled.
