  I am getting the following message while purchasing the domain.
  “The transaction cannot complete successfully. Please check the billing address and expiration date or try another card. Please contact your bank if you have further problems.”

  But the details which I am entering are all correct. I’m from INDIA and purchasing it using my VISA Debit Card.

  (I have purchased the “techosolutions.in” from godaddy and want to purchase the domain mapping package only)

  Please provide the support ASAP.

  For some reason Paypal, our credit card processor, is refusing that transaction. Other people in this situation have had success contacting Paypal customer support and discussing the issue with them. You could mention that it is related to a “15005: Processor Decline” error.
