I am getting the message this site cannot be accessed on my dashboard since yesterday

  I am getting message Error fetching plugins, all my plugins don’r work, no stats, also I cannot access my posts. Website works ok minus plugins.

  Are you referring to soibiberblog.com. If so, your site is a self-hosted site with WordPress.org software. Actually, there are two types of WordPress: WordPress.com and WordPress.org. Here is the support forum of WordPress.com. Therefore, you are questioning in the wrong forum.
