I am having a critical site issue and there is no live agent coming to the chat

I enabled a snippet on my site last night and received a critical error and can no longer get to my dashboard. I have been trying without success for the past almost 12 hours to reach a live agent on chat. I am logged in, and have a paid subscription to the business plan. I have never before received such poor customer support. What are my options at this point?
