  I keep getting ‘The editor has encountered an unexpected problem’ whenever I try to post an item. Please help

  Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your site. Are you facing this error only when posting a comment (as mentioned in the title of this forum thread) or when publishing/writing a blog post?

  Can you try logging in with a different browser and see if you’re still getting the error message? If yes, can you take a screenshot of the error message and upload it to https://wordpress.com/media? We’ll take a look at your site’s media library to check the screenshot and help accordingly.
