I am having an error message

    Hi,

    I am able to move around the dashboard ok but if I want to save anything or log out I go to a page saying

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/mogfood/public_html/wp-content/themes/Photo/functions.php:189) in /home4/mogfood/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876

    I can not do anything from here. When I use the back button on my browser I go back to my dashboard and it seems to work. However every time I try to update the site I get the same message. Any suggestions?
