I am having difficulty logging into my account.

I requested help 19 June and spent several hours with one of your wordpress.com experts. Eventually he advised me that he would have to transfer my case to your wordpress happiness expert as he was not able to resolve my problem. He also said I would receive an email within 48 hours. I have not heard from anyone. I still cannot access my website. I attempted to complete the online recovery form using my WordPress Receipt #41686838, it does not recognise. Can someone help me please?

I’ve replied to your support ticket now.
The reason the account recovery form didn’t work is because a receipt number is not a valid form of ownership verification. We only accept the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the receipt itself.
Please reply to the email with that transaction ID, and we can help you there.

I seem to be getting responses to my initial question about my password. However, my original problem remains. I cannot access my website through my original account. For some reason it is not connected. Can this be sorted out?
