When I log into my , there is a message that my site at $99 per year
If you don’t renew dbloomtucson.com soon, your blog’s domain will stop functioning starting Sunday, July 6, 2014 and visitors who come to the web address dbloomtucson.com won’t be able to find your site any more.I went to the store an I am trying to purchase the $99 package. It is in my shopping cart. When I try to enter the credit card information this is the message it sends me back. This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?
It will not let me proceed any further. I need to make sure that our site does not get shut down. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

I don’t have the information of the person who originally registered this account. The account I am working from is an administrator account.

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. You need to contact the blog’s owner and have them transfer the blog to you so Staff can transfer the upgrade.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B the blog’s owner must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.
Then A adds the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.

It looks like the domain mapping and other upgrades are up to date here at WordPress.com, however the domain itself, dbloomtucson.com, was registered at GoDaddy.com and has expired. You will want to reach out to GoDaddy to get that renewed as soon as possible or you may lose the domain name.
