I am having issues with my site

    Hello there. I am using sitegrounds to host my wordpress site. My domain that I own is http://www.victordesignwork.com. However when I type that into the search bar I get an error as if the website doesn’t exist. I also noticed that through wordpress, my domain name is different. I have been on customer support with sitegrounds but I still cannot figure out what is wrong.

    Correct account: Yes

    There’s 2 different things at play here. I’ll try to explain best I can. The site on victordesignwork.com is set up on the open source WordPress installation software and you are hosting that through Site Ground.

    Here at WordPress.com we also use the WordPress installation and provide a managed hosting environment for our customers.

    victordesignworkcom.wordpress.com is an example of a free site on WordPress.com.
