  Password reset doesn’t work, uncertain of user name

  Howdy –

  Have you tried searching your email client for “WordPress.com” to see if the password reset email is hidden somewhere, like the spam?

  Also, the email is going to be delivered to the address on the account. If you have multiple email addresses make sure you’re checking them all.
