I am having problems with Mozilla Firefox

  Hi am am using Firefox version 44.0.2 and I have noticed that while I am writing a blog on wordpress.com Firefox freezes. At first i thought it was just taking a long time to save my web page, but it didn’t matter how long I waited the page I was working on would stay “frozen”.

  I would have to shut Firefox down using the task manager, and restart it, sometimes this would solve the problem and other times it wouldn’t.

  i was wondering if anyone else have had similar problems with Firefox and or wordpress.com. Would google chrome work better.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Clear firefox’s cache and try again.

  You can also try a different browser (like Chrome) or download the desktop version of WordPress.com

  I’m using the same version of FF and do not have this issue.

  If you are running an outdated windows version then upgrade to windows 10. It’s free and I had no issues updating 3 different PCs.

  Thanks for the replies , I am new to wordpress.com , but I like the helpfulness of the wordpress community. I got rid of Firefox and am using Google chrome now with wordpress.com and having no problems.

  You’re welcome. You can also check if Firefox has any suspicious extensions enabled that cause the freezes.
