Edit, etc. options are no longer displayed in sidebar.
The diable visual editor when writing under personal options is disabled
Screen options is set for 2 columns.
Your reference to small browser is confusing to be. I don’t know if my browser is small but if it is, has always been and this problem didn’t occur

Do you still have the problem if you expand your browser window to the full width of the screen? If so, what is your screen resolution set to?
