Please try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps:
Sometimes the browser will hold on to outdated information and clearing that will allow it to pick up that credit card.
I think there’s some confusion here about your account(s). The account you’ve signed in with here does not have any sites registered to it. That’s why you are getting that error. You’ll need to sign in to the account where the purchase was originally bought.
