  For some reason, I can’t login to my store site. And when I click to the ‘lost password’ it redirected me to the homepage. Can you help me retrieve my login credentials, please? Please see details below information for you to check.

  If those credentials are actually for this WordPress.com account I suggest you change them immediately. You’ve posted to an open forum. Your site is hosted by floathosting not WordPress.com.
