I am having trouble setting up my menu

  I cant figure out how to set up my menu. I want categories because I am doing a couponing blog. I would like a category for learning how to coupon, that drops down with the different lessons. Then I would like categories for about me, cooking and recipes, photography and a couple others.
  I am horrible at this! Please help me!!

  Hi,
  You can create custom Menus by hovering over My Sites-> Menus -> Create a new menu. Then you can select to add pages, custom links or categories to your menu. If you want to use categories, then you can select which categories go under a respective menu by selecting your listed categories and clicking Add to Menu.
