I am having trouble with an addon and Im not sure what to do

I installed the woocomerce addon but I am having touble activating it. When I try to activate it it gives me the error ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’

If you are on WordPress.com Business plan and have WooCommerce installed, you can seek staff support by logging a ticket through this link: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
