I am having unusual difficulty uploading my photos.

  Normally as I upload photots, they show up one after another (or where I have the cursor when I click add new media). Now, however, they are all being added to the top of the page, which is causing formatting issues for me. Please advise – is this a new feature of wordpress?

  I had the same problem this afternoon. I could (and did) manually cut and paste the images into the right place in the blog. But when I originally put them in they all went to the top.

  This appears to be a problem specific to Firefox 16 and older versions. If you can, upgrading to Firefox 17 seems to solve the problem. Another workaround is to insert images in Text mode, by clicking the Text tab next to the Visual Editor tab.
