I am hitting dead ends everywhere I go

  Extremely frustrated right now. I keep trying to setup http://www.TrueFuneral.com as a WP site, but I am repeatedly stalemated because the domain is ‘reserved’. I have no idea what this means, as I own the domain on http://www.iwantmyname.com.

  Additionally, I have desperately been trying to upgrade to the business plan, but none of the links work!

  Please help! So far this has been a less than ideal experience with WP.

  I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. If I’m understanding correctly, you want to put your content here (on WordPress.com) and use your domain (truefuneral.com) to show that content. If that’s the case, what you want is called domain mapping. Here are the instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  For the business plan issue, what happens if you go to https://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/ and click the “Get WordPress.com Business” button?
