I am linking to nothing, nothing happens, why?
-
I can’t get any of my links from zazzle to post, I don’t know where they are going. I have printed out the instructions and poof, they do not post to my blog. NOTHING changes on the right hand side when I try to add a blogroll or a link or a picture or ANYTHING. My life will be complete at this point if someone could tell me how to make this happen and what I am doing wrong. This is a brand spanking new blog and I know nothing about blogs but I am fairly computer able, but I just don’t get this at all. I know one day soon it will be very exciting. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t tell you what you’re doing wrong unless you tell us what you’re doing! Please paste here one of the URLs you’ve tried to use, and describe exactly what you’ve tried to do on your dashboard.

This appears to be what “Zazzle” is”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZazzleZazzle is an online retailer that allows users to upload images and create their own merchandise (clothing, posters, etc.), or buy merchandise created by other users, as well as use images from participating companies
Perhaps the code is forbidden on WordPress.com?
Paste the code between backticks as shown below the comment box here.
The backtick is usually on the same key as the tilde ~ next to the key for 1 or !backtick code backtick
so we can see what you are trying to insert.

<script language=”javascript” src=”http://www.zazzle.com/api/zp/zpanel?zp=117613658420430902″></script>
The above is for a “blog panel” according to zazzle. I have tried the code in a blogroll, a link, but nothing shows up.
Yes, that is an apt description of what zazzle is. I am following the instructions from the support page. Thanks. I will try the backtick key, that might work!

No, that code won’t work, because it contains <script> tags as explained here.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/1tess meant to say that you should use the backtick here in the forums here:
Paste the code between backticks as shown below the comment box here.
(Emphasis mine)
This is to ensure that we see all the code (sometimes, part of the code will not show if you fail to use the backticks on the forums, again, on the forums).
Again, do not use the backtick in a widget: it’s no use.
And for future reference, HTML code (when it’s valid and accepted by WordPress.com) goes into a text widget.
