  I applied for refund since 13 december 2018 now the date is 10th January 2019
  i still not get my payment in the bank please help me out.

  Hi there,

  I verified that we processed a refund and released the money back to you on 12/13/18. If you have yet to receive those funds, I would contact your bank to see if they track any pending charges that you may not see on your end.

  Let me know if they say anything – we no longer have the funds, so hopefully they can provide some information on the refund.
