I am locked out of editing my website

I get this message when I try to update my website. Your IP (173.254.28.82) has been flagged for potential security violations. I’ve tried contacting the email that comes up when I try researching it, but nobody has gotten back to me. I have no idea why I’m getting this or how I get out of it so I can edit my website.

The IP address may appear different if your site is behind a reverse proxy(it would most likely be setup on your hosting providers server). We can fix that for you on our end. I have made the update, and it can take about 5 minutes to take effect. Please let us know if you continue to have any issues or questions.

I have a similar problem, your ip address has been flagged for potential security violations, I have just been handed the site to look after and a new user created by the previous user, for http://www.phillipislandcameraclub.com.au/wp-login.php
after creating a password for my new user name I get the message above (ip security flagged ) Please help, thanks Gary

This forum only provides support to WordPress.com sites, and your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, nor is it connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin.
The URL, http://www.bernardmcrae.com/, does not load anything for me at all, which would indicate this is an issue at your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, so please contact them directly for help with this.
