Thank you for responding so quick. I found out the if I use Google, I can get into my account but am having trouble getting into my account on FireFox. Would you know why?

It sounds like a browser issue to me. Our docs talk more about browser issues:
It could be multiple things from an extension issue to a cache or cookie problem. I would start by clearing out your cache and cookies and see if that does the trick.
