    Greetings.

    I am in dear need of assistance, as I have lost the phone on which the 2FA authenticator was located, therefore cannot generate the codes required for login… I did not print backup codes, so I only have the google account linked to it to prove my identity. Also, I own abstractoidZ.coM which I operate under an installed distro of wordprsss and is registered under the same email…

    Please look into the matter then contact me so we can find a way to work this out.

    Hi there,

    The domain, abstractoidZ.coM, is not hosted on WordPress.com, and we have no control at all over how 2FA works for that site.

    If you have 2FA enabled on the admin login for that site, you used a specific 2FA plugin to do that. Support for that plugin are the only people who are able to help you with this.

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com, and username accounts on our system. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software you’re using for that site – that software is made and maintained by the community of unpaid volunteers on WordPress.org.
