I am locked out of my paid account.

I created a paid account less than a week ago. I began the first steps of setting up a website but did not successfully connect the domain. When I came back a few days later to login to my paid account, I realized I had set up my account with an email address that contained a typo.
Now I cannot get a human to help me log in to my account to correct the email address associated with the account. Any account recover tasks I do presents a dead end because I do not have access to the “mis-typed” email address. The domain was never connected. And when I try the chat, they route me to the forum because I am not logged into to my “paid account.”
This is a very frustrating circle, and now all I want to do is cancel my paid account that I opened less than a week ago. How can I get a human to help me with that??? I will create a new account with the correct address IF I can sort this out.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
