I am locked out of my site, I have been getting weird spam stuff and I can’t log in, doesn’t find my email or username..

    I have been locked out of my site and when I put in my email that is associated with the account it says it does not exist. Over the past year I have been getting spam links through my contact page and weird stuff and I went to try and update my site today and have no way of logging in.
