I am locked out of wordpress site because of Jetpack

    I am lockedk out of wordpress site because of Jetpack. For some reason the email address on Jetpack ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is incorrect, in fact it doesn’t exist on my @eternityinabox.com domain. Because of this I am locked out and need administrative help.
    Jetpack’s website has been unhelpful.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    eternityinabox.com is not a WordPress.com hosted site, so we cannot provide direct support for this site. However, Jetpack uses WordPress.com accounts, and there is no WordPress.com account for the email address ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’

    Just a note, you should be able to log in to the site via https://eternityinabox.com/wp-admin – this is not related to Jetpack, but the default WordPress login page. If you have issues logging in via that page, I suggest contacting your site host (which again, is not WordPress.com)
