I am logging in to my WordPress account, and it does not recognize my site

I have a site that was created in WordPress. Yet when I log in, the system does not link me to my site. It thinks I’m a new user without an established site.

I believe the issue may be that you are logging into your WordPress.com account and seeing you free site there where as maggieschwarz.com is actually a self-hosted website (Bluehost) and to access this particular site to log in you would have to visit the following link and enter in your credentials: http://maggieschwarz.com/wp-admin.
For future reference though, this forum is designed to help clients hosted by WordPress.com. For more information on the difference between the two please check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.
If you are in need of support for your self-hosted website you may be able to find an answer on the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
