I have a website based on wordpress and I am looking for a plugin that would allow to add an additional tab in the ads menu and to be able to add ads, more or less with similar functions as this page with ads https://www.ogloszenia24m.pl/ Does anyone know if such plugins exist? Do you need to look for a programmer and create from scratch?
Ultimately, to use the plugin to easily turn the entire website into an classifieds website with the option of adding ads

Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.
