I am more than familiar with CSS, but I can’t find the field to input it

    I am working on a stylesheet for a wordpress hosted account using a localhost install of wordpress. I will need to eventually upload my stylesheet: the problem is I can’t find the field to input CSS described in the FAQ. There is no Presentation tab on my Dashboard, but CSS Upgrade shows up with my upgrades. Am I supposed to activate this somehow? I did not purchase the blog or the upgrade I am a contributor. Does this mean the upgrades are not available to me? I was under the impression that the upgrades were based on the blog not the account.

    I’m generally too busy between 10am and 6pm to catch support, so I’m posting the request here. Am I the only person who has this problem?

    The name has changed. It is now Design. However, if you don’t see that in your Dashboard, it has to do with your role. Not all roles have the same access.
