  Ok with premium can you add things like google absence or is that like a plug in that you have to have the business plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Advertisements from third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media are not allowed on WordPress.com. If you’d like to run these types of ads on your blog, you may wish to try a self-hosted WordPress installation.
