  BANK said they did nor recieve,I just received a notice from W P I can keep free site they will not allow an upgrade. I do not think i can run a web builing business on there free account,and no idea if elegant or bever will work on it. Any advice.Spent last 3 weeks reserching

  I’m not sure what you mean by “elegant or bever” can you explain? Are those plugins for WordPress sites?

  If so you are not able to add plugins on free sites, but you can add that ability by upgrading to our WordPress.com Business Plan. I see that it’s not possible to process a charge on your account at this time however, so I have asked our billing support team to contact you via email so they can discuss your transaction details in private (rather than this public forum)
