i created my blog and started organizing it to start postingnow i need urgent help , and sorry because i am new here at this world

My first question is :
how can i remove all the elements at the right side
i want to remove ( ARCHIVES ) and ( CATEGORIES ) and ( META )
and keep only to things , the current one ( EARN MONEY ONLINE )
and another one showing the blog pages ( Home , Logos Portfolio , Banners Portfolio , ect )
how can i make that ??My 2nd question is :
as you can see it’s Portfolio images show
so , how can i make photo gallery in each page ??
exactly ( small Thumbnails beside each others and when you click it you see it in original size )that’s all

Before you spend a whole lot of time on your blog, that link to Earn Money Online may be a problem.
