  I bought a wp template before, i want to use it now, can i use it on a wordpress free site?, or o i have to upgrade and pay for a plan to use that template?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot use external themes on a WP.com blog. They are for WordPress.org blogs on paid hosting only. There is no upgrade you can buy here that will let you use it.
