i am new to wordpress and i don't know how to create a website instead of a blog

  i have downloaded a theme but i’m having trouble customizing specific aspects of it and i would like to know what options i have for adding products (i’m a small business) and adding payment methods like paypal. thank you.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You cannot sell any product you do not personally make or sell any service you do not personally provide on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  http://hairworld851.com/ is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins.
  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
