I am no longer able to access my website admin dashboard
-
2 days ago I published my new website, over directionist and astra theme,
yesterday, I can’t access my website wp-admin, and when I logged in into wordpress>purchase I found the website and the upgrade to business written that “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support”
knowing that the billing process is done successfully -

Unfortunately, I cannot directly interact with a web page or complete a task for you.
Based on the image you shared, it looks like you are on a website called “Windows Forum,” and it’s asking you to do two things:
- Introduce yourself: The page has a banner that says “Say Hello to the Community, harie!” and a button to “Post an Introduction.”
- Enable two-step verification: There is a message that says, “You must enable two-step verification to continue.”
To continue using the site, you will need to follow the instructions on the page to post an introduction and enable two-step verification on your account.
If you need help with a different task, just let me know!

You can’t access your admin dashboard. This is a common issue with WordPress.
Here are a few things to try:
- Check your login details: Make sure you’re using the right username and password. You can reset your password if you need to.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes old data can cause problems.
- Rename your plugins folder: If a plugin is causing the issue, this will disable all of them at once. You can do this via FTP. Rename the
pluginsfolder to something likeplugins_old.
If these don’t work, you might have to check your website’s error logs or contact your hosting provider for help.

That sounds like a permissions issue. If billing went through but you’re seeing “no longer have access,” it usually means the site ownership got mixed up between accounts. Double-check you’re logging in with the exact email tied to the purchase. If it still shows the error, reach out to WordPress.com support with your payment receipt, they can restore access on their end.
