  Also, I can see your site content-shark.com is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  it is not hosted on wordpress its is hosted through big rock

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. As the error says “There has been a critical error on this website”.   You need to open a ticket on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ in order to get some help from wordpress developers.

  Your website is using a self-hosted version WordPress.org which is different from WordPress.com.

  Tip: you need to enable debugging on your website so that you can see the error. But again, we can’t help you much here.
