I am not able to access my account

  This is my WordPress blog but today I am trying to open it but I was not able to open it. I don’t know why it’s happening with my first time. But when I clicked on forget password then I reset my password, after it showing create your new site or you have not created any site yet. Kindly help me.

  Hi there,

  https://astionlineblog.wordpress.com/ belongs to a different username than the one you’re using to post here. Log out of this account and clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in as the correct username and you’ll be able to access that account.

  If you can’t remember the correct username/password, you can try resetting the password using your email address AFTER you’ve logged out of this account and cleared your browser cookies. Keep in mind the other account does not use the same email address as you’re using for this account.

  If that doesn’t work either, you’ll need to submit our account recovery form instead, as the forums are public and we cannot discuss login information here:

  I already tried this process according to your previous comments. My accounts seems like there are 2 accounts with different username but same gmail account.
  But I need to recover my previous account.

  I assure you the two accounts are associated with different email addresses – it’s not possible for two WordPress.com accounts to use the same address.

  But for security reasons I’m not able to tell you the email address connected to the other account, so the account recovery form is the only way to regain access to that site if you don’t remember the correct email.
