I am not able to access my blog to post my articles

  I created a blog https://trendylipsblog.wordpress.com/ , but forgot my password and when I am trying to login with my new password ,the blog page is open and when I am clicking MY Site , it is asking to ‘create a site’ instead of my original blog .Please help me in rectifying it ,so that I can post my articles in my old blog.
